Registration

Registration must be made latest until the end of October 2011.

Confirmation

Some days after registering, you will receive further information and an invoice. Course fees are payable within 30 days after registration.

Registration fees

The registration fees include the course documents as well as lunch and coffee breaks and must be paid before the course commences.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, your cancellation must reach us by the end of October 2011. In this case your registration fee will be refunded in full. Later cancelations up to 2 weeks before the course begins 50% will be refunded. Should you cancel after 2 weeks before the coures begins, the registration fee is still payable. In this case, however, you may propose a replacement participant.

If the course cannot be held, you will be notified before December 2011and the registration fee already paid will be refunded in full. However, any travel expenses you may already have incurred will not be refunded.
