Innovation Management in the domains of Biology, Cosmetics and Medicine
From the idea to a marketable product. A dream of each researcher and entrepreneur. But this path requires to overcome many obstacles and challenges. Besides various trainings, an important contribution to become an entrepreneur is associated to the "Learning by doing" – effect. How do I handle intellectual property, what is technology assessment, how do I get market authorization, how is the legal situation, who organises my finances, what is electronic marketing, how do I manage my business and recruit the personnel? The access to this knowledge and the contact with appropriate key personnel are often left to lucky coincidence.
In selected cases, we manage the market introduction of products that have arisen in and around research in the life sciences. All our innovation offspring is related to medicine, cosmetics and food industry. The products are environmentally friendly. A respectful agreement among the inventors, entrepreneurs and other partners is important for us.
The cost of our efforts will be covered by profit sharing. For confidentiality reasons, we do not disclose with which companies and research groups at home and abroad, we are currently working together.
