This number of organisations in China, across many provinces, will be able to provide a comprehensive set of services enabling European RDI organisations to access the Chinese market and develop long-term partnerships.
Getting the ENRICH Soft Landing Zones status will enable the applicants to acquire credibility as an organisation that through constant monitoring pursues continuous improvement, to gain recognition among the EU-China research and innovation ecosystem as well as to have a higher visibility when attracting European companies and researchers with innovation potential.

Did you come up if an idea for developing your research result into a marketable product? Bridge Proof of concept provides financial support for young researchers, which want to refine and test their idea. The projects funded can include all kinds of innovations from all research areas.
Eligibility criteria:
You can apply for a BRIDGE Proof of Concept project regardless of discipline if you meet the following criteria:
- Your institution has assured you of their support for the duration of the project.
- You have gained research experience while studying for your bachelor's or master's degree, which you obtained no more than four years ago
- You are on course to complete your doctoral studies within the next six months or less
- You are a working as a postdoctoral researcher, having obtained your doctorate no more than four years ago
- You submit your proposal as an individual and not as part of a group

The ENRICH in the USA Network which has been launched in San Francisco will provide information and support services to EU innovators and researchers wishing to expand their activities to the US. It focuses on accelerating access to the US innovation ecosystem and maximizing growth opportunities.
The services of ENRICH USA Network include:

The soft landing hubs are available to companies selected following competitive calls for applications.

The network, led by the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN) and the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA), is funded with a grant from the European Union's Horizon 2020 programme, and it is the third of the three networks to be launched under the ENRICH initiative. ENRICH is a global network of centres and hubs focused on promoting the internationalisation of European science, technology and innovation (STI) in Brazil (ENRICH in Brazil), China (ENRICH in China), and the USA (ENRICH in the USA).

The Webinar will address the recent trends on the Chinese IPR System and IPR Protection in China. 2nd Sino-Swiss Women’s Forum took place on 16. November 2017 in Chengdu, China. This event was organised by Swiss-Chinese Association, French Section and has been greatly supported by Chinese governmental and provincial organisations. 200 women entrepreneurs from China and Switzerland participated in this fruitful event. EUrelations represented ENRICH China (www.eucentres.eu/china) at the forum. ENRICH is dedicated to provide special services and most effective support to women in business and academia. Eurostars is a joint funding program between EUREKA and the European Commission, it aims to support SMEs who are involved in R&D. Eurostars wants to support the development of innovative products, process and services through international cooperation SMEs.

The Dragon-STAR Plus project team is organising a business tour to China.
The 5-day programme will include participation in the workshop - “The Future of Manufacturing” in Shanghai and the China High-Tech Forum in Shenzhen, B2B meetings with Chinse counterparts, visits to the Hi-Tech Fair and local leading S&T organisations in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
The Dragon-STAR Plus funding will provide support for accommodation for 7 nights (including breakfast) of hotels in Shanghai and Shenzhen, for each European organisation seeking cooperation with Chinese organisations. The SNF will launch the call for the 5th series of National Centres of Competence in Research (NCCR) shorty.
Eventhough, the new call is not out yet, the SNF already announced changes in the first stage of the evaluation procedure.
The major changes are:
- Proposal outlines will be shorter than in the 2011 call
- A letter of intent including a list of participating researchers, title and project summary has to be submitted 2 months before the submission deadline
There has not been an announcement of changes in the second stage of the evaluation procedure yet. The submission deadline for he outline proposals will be in February/March 2018.

The Swiss Centers China and the St. Gallen Institute of Management in Asia (SGI-HSG) join forces to offer a one-and-a-half-day seminar dedicated to the Swiss companies who have or who plan to set up subsidiaries in China, and who wish to improve cross-border management methods between Switzerland and China.
The program also includes a practical workshop session where the participants have the opportunities to present concrete cases and questions, and to practice working out answers and implementable guidelines with the support of the experts giving the seminar.

PRIMA is a new grant issue by the SNSF. It will found 10 to 12 female researchers from all disciplines and give them a chance to conduct an own project at a Swiss institution.
